Order Processing Time

– All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. – Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping and Delivery Time

– Once processed, orders will be shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

– You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will allow you to track your package and estimate the delivery time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

– Chakh Kar Dekho is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

– Chakh Kar Dekho is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
